A Simple Morning Prayer
It is very important to consecrate you day to God each morning. This prayer is my own, adapted version, taken from a prayer said by Our Blessed Mother, revealed to the Venerable Sister Mary Agreda in The Mystical City of God.
Prostrate thyself in the presence of the Mot High. [*Kneel down, face down].
Then, with your whole heart, say....
Thank You and praise You for Your Immutable Being and for Your Infinite Perfection, and for having created me out of nothing.
I renounce my corrupt interior and dispositions, regardless of how good my self love may make them look.
I acknowledge myself as Your creature.
I bless You, and I adore You, as Supreme Lord and Creator of myself and all that exists.
I raise up my spirit and I place it into Your Hands.
I ask you to do Your Will with me during this day and the rest of the days of my life.
Amen

We live in an "anti-Marian" culture, where chastity and motherhood are perceived as something negative by many. However, though they may not realize it, all women are made to be fruitful. Thus, even in the face of biological infertility, a woman will still find a way to be fruitful in her life by sharing goodness and bringing life and light to others, esp those whom she loves.

This prayer was found in the 50th year of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In 1505 it was sent from the Pope to the Emperor Charles when he was going into battle. Say for nine mornings for anything you desire. It has never been known to fail, provided that the request is for one’s spiritual benefit or for those whom we are praying for.

A prayer I say every day, multiple times a day. Why? Because I am prideful. We all suffer from pridefulness, since we are all wounded by "original sin". Recall, the first sin was an act of pride. Eve took the apple, because she was told, "You will become like Him - you will know good from evil." [Gen 3-5] Some say, that if you look deeply, you will find pride is at the root of every sin even the smallest and most insignificant acts of unkindness.

12 Promises of the Sacred Heart to St. Margaret Mary Alacoque.to those who honor HIS Most Sacred Heart. Jesus also promised that He "will bless the home in which the image of my Sacred Heart shall be exposed and honored."

I listen to this at least once a day, most often multiple times a day, as I am fulfilling my obligations that don't require much concentration. Be well-assured, this prayer will bring you peace.
