  Mary Queen of All Hearts

One of the two prayers I picked up when I was 18 yrs old, which brought about  my conversion, which is still ongoing. 

We live in an "anti-Marian" culture, where chastity and motherhood are perceived as something negative by many. However, though they may not realize it, all women are made to be fruitful. Thus, even in the face of biological infertility, a woman will still find a way to be fruitful in her life by sharing goodness and bringing life and light to others, esp those whom she loves. 

  Ancient Prayer to Saint Joseph

One of the two prayers I picked up when I was 18 yrs old, which brought about  my conversion, which is still ongoing. 

This prayer was found in the 50th year of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In 1505 it was sent from the Pope to the Emperor Charles when he was going into battle. Say for nine mornings for anything you desire. It has never been known to fail, provided that the request is for one’s spiritual benefit or for those whom we are praying for. 

    The Litany of Humility 

A prayer I say every day, multiple times a day. Why? Because I am prideful. We all suffer from pridefulness, since we are all wounded by "original sin". Recall, the first sin was an act of pride. Eve took the apple, because she was told, "You will become like Him - you will know good from evil." [Gen 3-5] Some say, that if you look deeply, you will find pride is at the root of every sin even the smallest and most insignificant acts of unkindness.

  The Act of Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus 

This is my newest prayer that I have fallen in love with.. Our Lord also gave

  12 Promises of the Sacred Heart                to  St. Margaret Mary Alacoque.to those who honor HIS Most Sacred Heart. Jesus also promised that He "will bless the home in which the image of my Sacred Heart shall be exposed and honored." 

   The Surrender Novena  

Another favorite prayer. I truly believe this is the most effective novena. You can also listen to the prayer in song here. 

I listen to this at least once a day, most often multiple times a day, as I am fulfilling my obligations that don't require much concentration. Be well-assured, this  prayer will bring you peace. 

Meditation on the Seven Sorrows 

In the 14th century, Our Lady revealed to St. Bridget of Sweden seven special graces that she would grant, through her Son, to those who would say 7 Hail Mary's daily meditating on her Seven Sorrows. Listen to the Rosary of the Seven Sorrows.
