Queen of Hearts NaPro Technology is an educational website created by Sharon Best, PA-C, MHS with a mission to help disseminate knowledge about the medical and surgical practice of NaPro Technology.

Currently, Sharon sees patients exclusively through MyCatholicDoctor, which is a national Telehealth platform serving 49 states. She specializes in providing NaPro Technology Services to adolescents and women 18 to 45 years of age. NaPro Technology Protocols are used to diagnose and treat many common gynecological problems. Sharon has been a PA since 2003. She has worked in Obgyn, Neurology and Academia. She is passionate about education, and has been teaching in some capacity for the last twenty years. Sharon has held full time faculty and leadership positions in PA programs in both Pennsylvania and Florida. Sharon is also the Founder & Chair of APP2APP Virtual Lectures, Inc. which was 501(c)3 non-profit organization started in 2021, where experienced PAs and NPs offer medical educational lectures, reasonably priced Training & Mentoring packages, and in-person symposiums to ultimately improve the quality of healthcare delivered by APPs across the nation. The 501(c)3 is no longer active. However, the link above will take you to our lectures on YouTube.
From 2018 to 2021, Sharon served as sub-investigator on multiple clinical trials with faculty at the University of Pennsylvania at the the Penn Memory Center.
In 2017, she assisted in the development of a novel Inpatient TeleNeurology Program with faculty at the Thomas Jefferson University Department of Neuroscience,




Dr. Whittaker is a board certified ObGyn who completed the NaProTECHNOLOGY Surgical and Medical Consultant fellowship at the St. Paul the VI Institute in Omaha NE. She specializes in Restorative Reproductive Medicine, Endometriosis Excision, and Infertility Services. Dr. Whitaker is an avid educator and highly sought out speaker at NaProTECHNOLOGY and RRM (Reproductive Restorative Medicine) Conferences around the country.

Dr. Potocki, MD, is a board certified ObGyn who completed the NaPro TECHNOLOGY Surgical and Medical Consultant Fellowship at the St. Paul VI Institute in Omaha, NE. She practices at the Saint Peter’s Gianna Center, in Somerset N.J. As an obstetrician/gynecologist (OB/Gyn) Dr. Potoki also provides routine comprehensive gynecologic care. She is the only New Jersey-based physician specializing in surgical NaProTechnology.

Dr. Nolan is a board certified ObGyn who completed a MIGS fellowship (Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgery). He has also worked closely with Dr. Naomi Whittaker to become familiar with NaPro Gynecology Surgical Techniques. Dr. Nolan sees patients at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital in Carlisle, PA.

Dr. Milburn is board certified ObGyn, who completed the NaProTECHNOLOGY Surgical and Medical Consultant fellowship at the St. Paul the VI Institute in Omaha NE. He underwent additional training in MIGS (Minimally Invasive Gynecology Surgery. Dr. Milburn sees patients through the Trinity Health System in Steubenville, OH.
