Queen of Hearts NaPro Technology - Natural Treatments for Women is an educational website created by Sharon Best, PA-C, MHS with a mission to help disseminate knowledge about NaPro Technology & Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), which are effective treatment options for many common gynecological conditions. Natural therapies, including but not limited to HRT, will improve hormone balance and emotional well-being. Many women are able to stop anti-anxiety and anti-depressant medications once they work with a NaPro-trained medical provider.
Currently, Sharon provides concierge NaProTechnology Gynecological services, to women who are seeking HRT and other natural therapies, exclusively through MyCatholicDoctor, which is a national Telehealth platform serving 49 states.
Sharon is not accepting new Infertility patients at this time. However, feel free to reach out for information and a referral to a competent Infertility expert.

Sharon has been a PA since 2003. She has worked in Obgyn, Neurology and Academia. She is passionate about education, and has been teaching in some capacity for the last twenty years. Sharon has held full time faculty and leadership positions in PA programs in both Pennsylvania and Florida. Sharon is also the Founder & Chair of APP2APP Virtual Lectures, Inc., which is 501(c)3 non-profit organization started in 2021, where experienced PAs and NPs offer medical educational lectures, reasonably priced Training & Mentoring packages, and in-person symposiums to ultimately improve the quality of healthcare delivered by APPs across the nation.
From 2018 to 2021, Sharon served as sub-investigator on multiple clinical trials with faculty at the University of Pennsylvania at the the Penn Memory Center.

Dr. Whittaker is a board certified OB/GYN and a NaProTECHNOLOGY Surgeon and Medical Consultant. She specializes in Restorative Reproductive Medicine, Endometriosis Excision, Gynecological Care and Infertility Services.

Dr. Karen Dalton, MD
Dr. Dalton is board certified in Internal medicine and certified by the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals. She completed her training as a NaProTechnology Medical Consultant in 2013. Dr. Dalton is the former medical director of the Gianna of Syracuse Medical Center where she provided NaPro services and concomitantly practiced primary care medicine in the inner city of Rochester. She currently offers solely TeleHealth services through MyCatholicDoctor, where she delivers primary care, urgent care and Napro services. Dr. Dalton is Sharon's primary collaborative physician through MyCatholicDoctor.
